Here it is. Go build something

This is the whole tool, running on this page. Pick a garment on the left, add your art, set a quantity and watch the number at the bottom move.

You do not need an account and it does not ask for a card. If you like what you made, check out. If you do not, close the tab. Either is fine.

Three ways to finish it

The tool covers most of it. These are the other two doors.

Path one

Use the studio

Everything happens in the browser. No account, no card, no design software, and the price is on screen the entire time you are building.

Start my design
Path two

Hand it to a person

Build the design first, then send it through. Your artwork comes with it, so there is nothing to re-explain to anybody.

Path three

Get help with the art

If you know what you want and cannot make it, describe it and we will help you get to something real rather than staring at an empty shirt.

Start from a garment

Design a tee, design a polo, or start from a hat. Eighteen garments across six categories, and these three cover most of what people build.

Why this beats sending an email and waiting

Three things you get here that a quote request cannot give you.

You find out the price while you can still change it

The usual way round is that you decide everything, send it off, wait a day and then find out it costs more than you wanted. By then changing your mind means starting the whole conversation again.

Here the number is on screen while you are still deciding. Swap the garment, drop a color, move the quantity, and you can see exactly what each choice costs you before you commit to any of them.

You are not stuck if you cannot draw

Most people know what they want and cannot make it. The studio will generate artwork from a description, so you can get to something real to react to instead of staring at an empty shirt.

It is a starting point, not the final word. Generate a few, keep the one that is closest, and a person still reviews it before it goes anywhere near a press.

A person still checks it

Self serve does not mean nobody looks. Every design gets reviewed by a real person before it is printed, and you approve a mockup before that.

That is the part that catches the typo in your own artwork, the logo that will not hold up at the size you picked, and the placement that is going to sit strangely on a small. If we get it wrong anyway, we reprint it or refund you.

Inside a custom apparel shop with machines running garments

How is this different from the big design-your-own sites?

Mostly in what the tool is for. Theirs is built to get you into a cart and then hand you off to a quote. This one prices every choice while you are making it, so the number is never a surprise at the end.

The other difference is that a real person reviews every design before it runs. If your artwork will not hold up on the garment you picked, somebody tells you before you pay rather than after it ships. You get an answer instead of a support article.

What happens after you hit order

Five steps, and only one of them is yours.

  1. 1

    You check out

Card details go to Shopify, not to us.

  2. 2

    A person reviews it

Your artwork, your placement, your garment choice.

  3. 3

    You approve the mockup

The 14 days starts here, not before.

  4. 4

    We make it

Printed or stitched, whichever suits what you built.

  5. 5

    It ships

Checked, packed and out the door.

Ordering 48 or more?

Build the design first, then send it through for bulk pricing. A real person will try to beat the listed number, and your design comes with it so there is nothing to re-explain.

Questions about the studio

Do I need design software to design my own apparel?

No. Everything happens in the browser. Pick a garment, add your artwork or describe what you want and let the tool generate it, put it where you want it and you are done. If you already have a finished file you can upload that instead.

Can I really see the price before I give you anything?

Yes. The price sits on screen the whole time you are building and it moves as you change the garment, the quantity and the placements. Nothing asks for a card until you decide to check out.

What if the design is not quite right?

A real person reviews every design before it gets printed and you approve a mockup first. If something looks off we come back to you rather than printing it and hoping. And if we get it wrong after you have approved it, we reprint it or refund you.

Is there a minimum?

No floor you have to clear. Most people building here are ordering for a team, a staff rollout or an event, and the per-piece price drops hard up to about forty eight, so it is worth setting the quantity to your real headcount before you judge the number.

What if I want more than 48?

The studio will price it, but at 48 or more a person can usually beat the listed number by hand. Build the design first, then send it through the bulk pricing door and your design comes with it, so there is nothing to re-explain.
