Rush custom shirts. Tell us the date first
Need custom shirts fast? Rush shirt printing works when the date is real and the artwork is ready. Tell us when you need them in hand and we will tell you honestly whether it works, and what to change if it does not.
Plenty of jobs that feel urgent are just normal jobs to us.
How many days out are you?
Find your row. This is the honest version, not the marketing version, and it assumes your artwork is ready and the blank is in stock.
The single most useful thing you can do right now is send usable artwork. An order waiting on a file is the most common delay we see and it is the only one entirely in your hands.
| Days until you need them | What is realistic | What to do right now |
|---|---|---|
| Three weeks or more | Anything. Any garment, any quantity, any method, standard pricing. | Nothing special. Design it in the studio and check out. |
| Two weeks | Standard turnaround. Most orders, most garments, no rush charge. | Approve the artwork today so the clock actually starts. |
| Seven to ten days | Very doable on common blanks. Stick to stocked colors and normal sizes. | Choose from what is in stock rather than what is ideal. |
| Three to six days | Possible on a limited garment list, usually with expedited freight. | Call it in rather than ordering blind. Send art first, pick the garment second. |
| Under seventy two hours | Sometimes, on the right job. Small counts, simple prints, stocked blanks. | Get in touch immediately with the quantity, sizes and deadline. |
Turnaround is counted from mockup approval, not from when you place the order. A file that needs fixing pauses the clock.
Three ways to start the clock
Quick shirt printing and fast tshirt printing both start with the artwork. On a tight deadline the fastest of these is usually the middle one.
Tell us the date
The quickest route when the deadline is genuinely tight. Give us the date, the count and the sizes and we will tell you straight whether it works.
Check my deadlineGet the artwork settled
Artwork is what stalls rush orders. Build it in the studio now and you will have a proof-ready file and a real price in a few minutes.
Start my artworkDo both at once
Start the design, then send us the deadline with the design attached. Having the artwork already sorted is most of the battle.
Send mine overStart the design now, sort the deadline second
The fastest thing you can do on a tight timeline is get the artwork finished, because that is the step that usually stalls.
Build it here and you will have a proof-ready file and a real price in a few minutes. Then tell us the date and we will work back from it.
What speeds you up and what slows you down
The parts that take time are the parts waiting on a decision.
This speeds you up
Vector artwork, or a PNG over 2000 pixels with a transparent background. A garment that is genuinely in stock rather than the one you had your heart set on. Standard adult sizes in a normal spread.
One print location instead of three. Approving the mockup the day you get it. Shipping straight to the venue instead of to you and then onward.

This slows you down
A logo pulled off a website at 400 pixels. A specific garment in a specific colorway that nobody has in stock. Waiting two days to answer a question about the mockup.
Adding names and numbers at the last minute. Changing the design after the mockup is approved. A shipping address nobody will be at on the day it lands.

What a rush charge actually pays for
When a rush costs extra it is because something real had to be bought. Usually that is expedited freight to get blanks into the building sooner, and sometimes it is moving your job up the schedule ahead of work already booked.
What a rush charge never pays for is a lower standard. Same press, same ink, same people checking it. You still approve a mockup and the reprint guarantee still applies exactly the same way.

How a rush order runs
Five steps, and the first one is the one that decides everything.
-
1
Send the art
This is the step that usually stalls. Do it first.
-
2
Pick a stocked blank
Common garment, common color, sizes we can get now.
-
3
Approve the mockup
Same day if you can. The clock starts here.
-
4

Rush order questions
Can you do same day print shirts or overnight custom shirts?
Honestly, almost never, and we would rather say so now than take your money and disappoint you. Under seventy two hours is sometimes possible on a small count with a simple print and a garment that is already in stock. If that is your situation, get in touch immediately rather than ordering blind.
What is a rush charge and when do I pay one?
A rush charge covers something real that had to be bought, usually expedited freight to get blanks here sooner, or moving your job ahead of work that was already booked. If your deadline does not require either of those things there is no rush charge. Standard turnaround is about 14 days, so plenty of orders that feel urgent are just normal jobs to us.
Does a rush order come out worse?
No. Same press, same ink, same people checking it, same reprint guarantee. Rush changes the schedule, not the standard. You still approve a mockup before anything gets printed.
When does the clock actually start?
When you approve the mockup, not when you place the order. This is the single most important thing to know about a deadline. An order sitting waiting on artwork is not in production, and artwork is the most common reason a rush order misses.
