Custom screen print tees
The workhorse. Event shirts, band merch, staff tees, giveaways. Gildan 5000 if the count matters more than the feel, Bella and Canvas if it is the other way around.

Screen print shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, built online and priced in front of you. Order one piece or five hundred, same process either way.
No obligation, no payment to see a price, and no form standing in the way.
Pick the one that matches how much of this you want to handle yourself.
Load your art, pick your ink colors and your garment, and watch what each choice does to the per-piece number before you commit to any of it.
Price my print runPast 48 pieces the maths changes enough to be worth a person. Send the art and the count and we will come back with a hand-built number.

Ask a humanThe studio is running live below. Pick a garment, load your art, choose how many colors and where they go, and the per-piece price updates as you go.
Color count and quantity are the two levers that move the number most. Pull both and see what happens before you decide anything.
Screen print shirts, a screen printed hoodie or screen printed hats. These three cover most of what leaves here.

The piece people keep. Heavier garment, so the ink sits differently and a big front print really lands.
Garment dyed, heavier cotton, and the tee people actually buy at a merch table. Costs more per piece and sells for more too.
Real per-piece numbers from the engine the studio quotes from. This is what t shirt screen printing costs on a one front print, dark garment, setup already included.
The jump between 24 and 48 is where screen printing starts to make sense. Below that the setup is spread too thin and DTF usually wins, which the studio will pick for you automatically.

Per piece, garment and printing and setup all in. Dark garments carry an underbase, which is why a three-color design on black costs more than three colors on white. Build yours in the studio for the exact number.
Three things, and the garment is not one of them.
Every color in your artwork is a separate screen, a separate pass and a separate setup. That is why a two-color design at 100 pieces can cost meaningfully less than a five-color one that looks almost the same from six feet away.
On a dark garment there is one more screen you did not draw, the white underbase that stops the shirt color dulling everything on top of it. It is not optional and it is why the same design costs more on black than on white.

The single most common delay is a file that cannot be printed. A logo saved off a website at 400 pixels looks fine on your screen and falls apart the moment it is blown up to eleven inches wide.
Send vector if you have it. If you do not, send the biggest transparent PNG you can find and we will tell you honestly whether it holds up, before anyone sets a screen.

A 100 percent cotton tee takes ink cleanly and predictably. A 50/50 blend can pull dye out of the fabric under a hot cure and shift your white toward pink, which is a real thing that happens on cheap red garments.
This is why we ask what the shirts are for. A giveaway tee and a tee somebody is going to buy at a merch table are different jobs, and the right blank is different for each.

On a single simple order they are fine and often cheaper. No argument.
The difference shows up on the things a template cannot decide for you. Whether your four-color design should really be two. Whether the red garment you picked will pull dye into the white ink under cure. Whether DTF beats screen at your count. Those are judgement calls, and a portal makes none of them. It just prints what you uploaded and ships it.

Five steps, and only two of them are yours.
Vector, or the largest transparent PNG you have.
The studio prices each one live as you switch.
A real person checks it before anything is burned.
Screen or DTF, whichever suits the count and the artwork.
Checked, packed and out, in about 14 days.
Tell us the artwork, the garment and the count. We will tell you whether screen, DTF or DTG is the honest answer, even when it is not the one we would rather sell.
Screen printed apparel that has actually shipped, not mockups.

Up to six. Each color is its own screen and its own pass, which is why a one-color print is meaningfully cheaper than a four-color one at the same quantity. On a dark garment we add an underbase, which counts as a screen too. The studio prices all of that as you pick colors, so you never have to guess.
Twenty five dollars per screen, and it is already inside the per-piece price you see. It is not added at the end. Spread across 144 shirts a single screen works out to about eighteen cents a shirt, which is why screen printing gets cheap fast as the count climbs.
For anything over about two dozen pieces with a limited number of colors, yes. It lays down more ink, it feels better on the shirt and it survives the wash longer. Below that count, or for a photograph or a heavy gradient, DTF wins. The studio picks whichever comes out cheaper for what you have built and tells you which one it chose.
Yes. Each extra placement is its own set of screens, so it adds to the per-piece price. Add one in the studio and watch what it does to the number before you commit.
Send it through the bulk pricing door and tell us what you are supplying. Bringing your own garments changes the maths enough that it needs a person rather than the calculator.
Always. Somebody reviews your artwork and you approve a mockup before a single screen gets burned. If the print comes out wrong after you have approved it, we run it again or refund you. No argument.
